About Grace Kenny, founder:

With over ten years experience working in people focussed roles in the areas of education, training, and human resources, Grace’s focus on positive learning, development and action for individuals and organisations is an important part of Mareus’ services. Her professional experience brings corporate and commercial “know how” gained from working a variety of sectors.

Grace graduated with a B.A. Hons. from University College Dublin in 1997. She studied human resources and training with Dublin Institute of Technology and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2003. Grace is a fully qualified, fully insured Executive and Life coach accredited by the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland (LBCAI). She is a Thomas International PPA Practitioner Level 1, and holds a Diploma in Sports Psychology from Dublin Business School, Ireland. Grace has worked with people from all walks of life, and all levels of employees from junior and graduate employees to owner manager and executive director.
