Here’s an interesting animated short that caught my attention entitled “How Coaching Works” by Wellcoaches. This 4 minute animation neatly looks at what is involved in the coaching process, and what can be achieved through the coaching relationship.  I am interested to know what you think of the animation and of coaching in general, so feel free to post your thoughts here.
